About Me
I have lived my whole life in Whittier, California a smallish town with a small town feel just outside of Los Angeles. I am married going on 16 wonderful years. I have given my parents two beautiful grandcats, which allows me to spoil my darling nieces. I am happy to say I spent the first 20 years of my career in health care and health care administration. I loved working with patients. The whole time I was working I was also continuing my education. I love learning and the process of education. I believe life is about learning. Everything is a lesson and you are the sum of the lessons you have learned. You would not be you without them and I would not be me.
Over the years I have received training and certification as a Clinical Hypnotherapist, EFT Practitioner, NLP Practitioner, Reiki Master and Spiritual Counselor. I will continue to seek mastery of new tools to assist you in attaining your highest purpose. That is my calling; to bring others to their light, to bring you to your light. I truly believe we have a God given right and responsibility to be as happy, vibrant and healthful as we can be. We also have a duty to assist each other in fulfilling our potential.

While working in health care I also successfully ran the business side of our Custom Frame Store, Design Business and Art Gallery. From this I learned I also enjoyed the business end of things. Several years ago I decided it was time to step out of the corporate environment and begin helping people with their goals, their dreams, and most importantly getting beyond their dramas. I started with classes and weekend group sessions; I now am dedicated full time to this calling. I have not looked back for one moment. I specialize in women's issues; from health and wellness to getting beyond the shadows of abuse.
Who I Like to Work With
I like to work with people who are open to the possibility that things can get better QUICKLY. That is all I ask, just be open to the possibility. From there we can build a foundation, from the foundation, a bridge and then we can move mountains! I use EFT along with a combination of Reiki, NLP and/or Hypnotherapy in all client sessions. I have seen great changes in clients in as little as one single session; phobias, trauma and pain released in one session, AMAZING. Traditional therapy has its place and I respect it completely. However, you can spend your time talking about the issue or you can resolve the issue. I prefer the latter.
My Inspirations
I am greatly inspired by Louise Hay, Dr. Wayne Dyer, and Dr. Christiane Northrup. I recently saw Dr. Northrup and she said her health plan was, "Happy, Healthy, Dead". It may sound harsh, but I had to laugh when she explained, she was not going to buy into the memes of aging and illness. She wanted to live happy and healthy to her last breath. I agree with her philosophy. That is how we all should live. I also believe that regardless of the circumstances, Peace and Love are always an option. I make them conscious choices DAILY.
Sessions
I offer Phone sessions at a reduced rate and I am also able to provide expanded hours for phone sessions. For those of you local to Southern California I offer face to face sessions Tuesday through Saturday. I accept PayPal and most major credit cards.
